Thanks to Weyman Lundquist, there is a junior's program now operating in Berkeley.  Weyman's sons have been highly successful, with Jack finishing well in the men's fleets after dominating the junior fleet in the Cal Cup and St. Francis Friday Night series.  But Weyman has taken it to a new level, with equipment for a group of kids, and racing out of South Basin in Berkeley.  He has equipment, although I'm sure he wouldn't turn down good quality slalom or race equipment.  But he really needs to collect enough money to buy a large trailer so he can keep increasing the level of participation.  Contact Team Berkeley Windsurf at 1-800-628-1123. tbw

Calling all Boardheads! (Kiters and Sailors).  We are gearing up for a great season but having a meeting of the general membership in late April.  Come hear about the America's Cup and how it will or won't affect your sailing day.  Also we'll be covering some new access problems and opportunities that have come up of late.  

Date has not been set but keep checking this page for exact date and time.   Most likely at the Saint Francis YC on a weekend.   Depending upon weather we may also want to do a BBQ over at the south Crissy field.
